Well, sometimes my cat just keeps whining if she wants out of my room, she has to stay in my room when it’s bedtime because she’ll wake up my mom and dad if she isn’t.
Most of the time she crawls into bed with me(if it’s winter)or sleeps in her little cat bed(if it’s summer).

my dog isnt aloud to go upstairs so he sleeps downstairs on his dog bed

Comes to me before I go to sleep. Once I say, "Good Night", My dog, Lexus leaves the room and go to sleep.

My 2 cats each sleep on either side of me in bed. The dogs would like to also but the cats won’t let them.

My cat George is very dysfunctional since he was taken from his mom at 4 weeks. (He’s now 7 years old). He kneads bread on me and puts his head on my shoulder and in the morning, gently taps my face until I wake up to give him his breakfast. He’s better than any alarm clock I’ve had. Trouble is, he wants his breakfast at 5AM!!

Stay away from cheap (usually white) BAD CARBOHYDRATES and drink one 8oz glass of WATER for every 20 lbs of body weight, every day. Increase you MOVEMENT incrementally every day. Keep your food PORTIONS smaller but more often. Avoid binging. Keep FOCUSED on your goal.
