What is some thing you can drink being an alcholic beverage when your dieting?

I have been Dieting for 3 weeks and want to keep it up. I did diet and bacardi before but that gets old. Any suggestions? I am going to a party and wanna have a few drinks with out totalling botching my diet?

It’s not so much the alcohol as it is the mixers. Sweet and sour mix, fruit juices, and things like that are FULL of sugar! Try getting used to drinks like martini’s and other drinks that are centered around the alcohol itself, not the mixer. Something else you can do is start making them old school, like how they used to be made before premade mixes were available in stores. Here’s a website that has a lot of really good recipes.

Red wine as it also has some health benefits. But alcohol is empty calories.

a couple of glasses of dry red wine.. if you make a red winme spritzer with some dry red and some soda water of club soda it is actually quite appealing :)
a few light low carbohydrate beers
breezers now come in a sugar free range.
any of the white spirits with soda water or club soda and a slice of lemon

mainly with spirits it’s the mixers you have to watch out for!
