		<description>I don&#039;t know -- a lot of those places rely on foreign products, and if the economy goes down the drain while the gas prices go up, shipping is going to be a problem. They may go down faster than a mom &#039;n&#039; pop store that relies on local products.

Farmers&#039; Markets . . . I wonder if they&#039;d be open to security officers. They might be willing to band together to get one.

I&#039;d say choose something you feel good about, and save as much as you can to tide you over. If you do a good job, I think you&#039;ll always be able to find a job somewhere, even if your employer goes belly-up.
