State of Maryland's site: http://www.dbm.maryland.gov/dbm_publishing/public_content/dbm_taxonomy/state_jobs/current_recruitments/jobs_listing.html You can also do a search for the information of each of the state, county, city labs that you are interested in and then call their Human Resources Division to inquire about job openings. If you know the area of the country where you prefer to live/work, you can certainly narrow down your search significantly. Also keep in mind that in addition to State, City, County labs, there are also several private forensic labs too.
