Personally I am of the belief, that it is better to be brilliant at 1 or 2 technologies, than to have a bit of knowledge in 10 of them.
I would say just concentrate on php, mysql, and a javascript framework like jquery or mootools.
References :
http://www.acewebdesign.com.au

while I am sure there will be plenty of boiler plate answers coming in the next several hours, my advise is to not limit yourself to just web development. If the job market over the past year or so has proved anything, it is that having a variety of specialities to fall back on can mean the difference between the endless procession of interviews and an actual job. So, everything you mentioned in your question are good technologies to work with but don't forget about the desktop side of things.
References :
ASP could be useful but many websites still use a LAMP configuration (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Python/Perl) while ASP requires Windows servers. You should probably look into Ruby on Rails and maybe Python with one of it's web frameworks (Django and Turbogears are the two big ones).
